Possible Workarounds
Below are some recommended workarounds that could be needed in some situations.
- Refer students to text based reports instead of the PDF reports. These reports come after the PDF version.
- Provide feedback to students in a Word file or Canvas Speedgrader as needed.
- Allow students to do peer review assignments outside of Turnitin as needed.
- Some students may be able to upload files using the Copy and Paste method instead of an actual file upload. In some cases, an instructor can upload a file for a student.
- If a student is not able to use the Canvas Turnitin interface, consider providing access in Turnitin space outside of Canvas.
